We helped develop and produce a summit experience that inspired and provided guests with actionable next steps for them to exercise their influence, while also helping to drive new revenue for TIME. We provided a strategic approach to the summit’s programming architecture, along with a creative vision to scale for future events.
The Experience: Upon check-in, guests were welcomed with a light F&B experience in the pre-function area as they embarked on the guest journey to the main room.
All guests made their way through a “tunnel”of iconic TIME portraits from past and present as a key sharable moment.
The main stage was where a livestream of notable speakers and moderators engaged the audience with inspiring conversation on how to make change globally.
The VR Experience displayed an interactive outer space experience as a showcase of the TIME team’s content production capabilities in a new medium.
